There is a $25.00 charge on all N.S.F. cheques. 8% P.S.T.
is to be added to orders placed from or shipped to an Ontario
address. We can ship C.O.D. within Canada. |
| ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING: Orders
will usually ship via Canada Post. Special Orders take an
additional four to six weeks. Split shipments at our
discretion. |
| PRICE AND AVAILABILITY:
Pricing on the site supercedes all previous pricing.
Prices are accurate as of January 1, 2000, and are subject to
change without notice. All items are subject to prior
sale and back order. If back order cannot be fulfilled within
30 days, you will be notified and instructions will be
requested. |
| RETURN POLICY: we
regret but no claims are allowed unless made within 5 days
receipt of goods, and only with written authorization.
There is a 10% re-stocking charge and shipping charge on goods
authorized for return. Returns must be shipped pre-paid
and insured or they will not be accepted. No returns
allowed on custom pieces. All merchandise returned must
be unopened, in original packages, and without additional
markings. If we have erred, we will make arrangements
for the return of the item shipped by mistake and will send
you the correct item. |
| GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Are available in any amount $20.00 and over. Shipping
costs will be part of the total. Send complete mailing
information and desired message. |
| VOLUME DISCOUNTS:
Volume discounts are available at our discretion to museums,
historic restorations, shops, retail outlets, and legitimate
historical groups and associations when purchased for resale.
Educators may qualify for special discounts for school use.
Please inquire on your official letterhead, stating your
retail sales tax number if applicable. |
